SHAH ALAM (May 13): OSK Property Holdings Bhd has officially unveiled BAYU @ Mori Park, the second phase of its 15.28-acre transit oriented development (TOD) master plan called Mori Park located in Section 13 Shah Alam, Selangor, last weekend.
According to a media statement issued on May 10, BAYU @ Mori Park spans 3.41 acres, featuring 841 serviced apartments ranging from 550-958 sq ft, with one- to four-bedroom layouts, including dual-key and terrace-level units. They are priced from RM250,000.
The project also offers 187 flexi suites sized between 571-732 sq ft, priced from RM349,000, catering to professionals and entrepreneurs seeking combined residential and workspace options.
Apart from the residential component, there are 35 retail units and commercial spaces between 690-4,210 sq ft for lease in BAYU @ Mori Park.
“This development not only offers quality homes and commercial elements but also enhances the local community through improved connectivity and access to essential amenities,” said OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin in the statement.
The project features over 25 facilities across Levels 8 and 9, including an Olympic-length infinity pool, pickleball court, sensory playground, gymnasium, yoga zone, Musalla, multipurpose hall, and urban farming area.
Nearby amenities include medical centres, higher learning institutions, and retail outlets. The project is slated for completion in May 2029.
Mori Park is located 800 metres from the upcoming LRT3 Stadium Shah Alam station. It is designed to promote sustainable, car-free living with integrated pedestrian pathways, a future bridge, and a planned bus stop.
BAYU @ Mori Park follows the earlier launch of ALIA @ Mori Park, which has achieved 80% in sales, according to Ong.
