OSK Property will be building a new market and community hall for the community of Taman Suntex in a joint partnership with Kajang Municipal Council (MPKJ).

The ground breaking ceremony of this project was officiated by Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, Menteri Besar of Selangor last Saturday, 5 August 2017. Also present to commemorate the event were Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kajang, Tuan Mohd Sayuthi Bin Bakar, Senior Management of OSK Group, Dato’ Saiful Bahri and Mr. Ong Ghee Bin.

Azmin Ali expressed his gratitude to OSK Property for working together with MPKJ through Smart Partnership programme which will enhance the surrounding area of Taman Suntex.

“The development of Selangor is not only the government’s responsibility, but the local authorities and private sectors,” said Azmin Ali. Hence, he encouraged for more Smart Partnerships in near future such as these for the growth of the state’s development.

Expected to be completed in late 2018, the new building will house a wet market, a community hall with two badminton courts and various food stalls.
